- Assessment of authority controls, rules and regulations
- Re-zonings and Planning Proposals
- Provide suitably qualified consultants to facilitate the design and approval processes
- Lead the design process for lodgement of a development application
- Adopting the Apartment Design Guidelines and Grades of commercial office buildings
- Preparation and lodgement of pre-DA’s, Development Applications and s4.55 modifications
- Preparation, negotiation and execution of Planning Agreements (VPA’s)
- Manage authority approval processes include separate design or regional panels
- Liaise with authorities for all relevant approvals including construction certificates,                              occupation certificates and other relevant certificates issued by authorities
- Provide continual liaison with water, power, phone and other authorities
- Manage of approval pathways including local and state government
